Mythology, Leaders and leadership

The current edition of Strategic Communications Management is due out this week, with a short piece on communications and leadership.  As I was writing it, I realised that 700 words only allowed for a fraction of what I wanted to say on the subject.

So I’ve expanded the piece into something larger, which I’m in finishing at the moment.  It’s a mixture of puncturing standard myths about leadership, some ideas for tools to illuminate and practical ideas for supporting leaders communicating in organisations.
