In the course of the session, we talked about the possibility of building multiple SenseMaker® projects under a single umbrella organisation. It’s the model that UNDP have successfully built upon – based around a couple of workshops to support teams who then implement the projects themselves – building in-house capability, as well as shared learning.  And, importantly, running multiple projects at the same time means that if, as sometimes happens, some projects don’t get off the ground, then there is still learning and value to be had in other areas.
