SenseMaker and social change dynamics – slides and video

Published by Tony Quinlan on

This week, Tony joined fellow complexity explorer Marcus Jenal for a webinar hosted by Laurie Webster for Cognitive Edge.  Looking at social change, both presenters talked about recent experiences of using SenseMaker to explore social and attitudinal change.  The webinar was recorded and is available for watching at Cognitive Edge’s Wistia site here.

Tony’s slides are here. [Update: Marcus has also posted his slides on his site here.]

For anyone with comments, thoughts or questions, add them below and between them, Tony and Marcus will respond.  (Although the holiday period may delay responses somewhat.)

Marcus talks about a project in Bangladesh, Tony about one in Jordan, and between the two, they cover some of the key elements needed in a SenseMaker project, and some of the outputs and insights available.
